What if a guest doesn’t show up?

No-shows must be reported within 72 hours of the rental start. If a guest does not cancel the rental and does not show up, reach out to the guest first. Let them know if you’re able to wait, for how long, and give them at least 15 minutes to respond. If they do not respond, the guest may be reported as a no-show no earlier than 30 minutes after the original scheduled rental start time.
